With a blank canvas inside a converted warehouse development, this intricate and interesting design exploration was the work of Janet McGaw, architect and associate professor at the University of Melbourne. From a connection formed previously, during her time with Bochsler & Partners, this project became one of Whitehead Construction’s first.

Photographic documentation of the project is limited, but showcases the amazing and unique design of the stair, containing etching and imagery inspired by the clients’ own photographs, and love of experimental music.
